Withania somnifera
An adaptogenic, evergreen shrub native to India, Ashwagandha is also known as Indian Ginseng or Winter Cherry. Used as a rejuvenating tonic, it has many therapeutic benefits.

Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to:

  • Support a healthy stress response in the body.
  • Maintain and support healthy sexual function and promote healthy libido.
  • Used as a rejuvenating tonic, relieve feelings of general malaise, tiredness, fatigue and feeling of weakness.

It is also traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to maintain the immune system to fight illness.

Astragalus membranaceus
An adaptogenic perennial herb native to China, Korea, Siberia and Mongolia, also known as Huang Qi. Used as a tonic to support the immune system.
