Where does ashaya ship to? 
Currently, we ship Australia and New Zealand wide. 

What are our shipping rates? 
Standard Shipping: $7.95 AU. $16 for NZ.
Complimentary Shipping on orders over $60 AU, $68 NZ

How long will delivery take? 
We endeavour to dispatch all orders on the following business day. Our shipping timeframe estimates are:

ashaya Pty Ltd will not be liable to you for any loss or damage you suffer if the order is not delivered within the timeframes as above. Once your order has been dispatched, ashaya Pty Ltd is not responsible for any losses. It is the customers responsibility to follow the tracking information provided. We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, will not provide a replacement or refund. We will abide by Australian Consumer Law in regard to products with any major faults.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received a tracking number within a few days, please login to see if you have correctly spelt your email address and/or check your junk folder. If you still have not received an order please contact us with your order number and order details. 

How do I cancel or edit my order once it is placed?   
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order we are unable to guarantee that any cancellations or edits will be made. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, so please contact us with your order number and we will see how we can assist. 

What can I do if my order is damaged? 
Please contact us with you order number and photos of the damaged order. We will do our best to accommodate and resolve your issue within a timely manner. 

What can I do if my order has been returned to the sender? 
Please contact us and we can investigate this for you. If the order was returned due to an incorrect postal address or not picked up from the post office causing it to be sent back to us, we will charge a $15.00 redelivery fee.
