The Tongue Scraping Ritual
For best results, practice tongue scraping first thing in the morning before you have a sip of water or brush your teeth, before toxins begin to reabsorb into the body.
1. Wash with warm soapy water before use
2. Hold by the lopped handles
3. Place the horse shoe shaped edge at the back of your tongue, lightly scrape towards the tip of the tongue 5-10 times to remove toxins accumulated overnight.
4. Rinse the tongue scraper with water
5. Follow with brushing your teeth
6. Repeat at the end of day if needed
The Kansa Wand Ritual
1. Mindfully massage a few drops of In-Flow Face Oil onto freshly cleansed and moisturised skin.
2. Using the Kansa Wand, apply light pressure using circular motions, starting from the centre of your chin, following the jaw line to the bottom of your ear.
3. Work your way upwards, from the corner of your mouth, following the natural curves of your cheekbones, massaging upwards to the centre of your ear. Repeat on both sides.
4. Finish by making circular motions around the temples, then from the Third Eye Chakra, outwards to both sides of the forehead and above the eyebrows.
5. Repeat for 3-5 minutes or as desired.
