Morning and evening, mindfully massage 2-3 drops onto
freshly cleansed and moisturised skin. Alternatively, blend with your moisturiser or foundation for added hydration. ​Inhale deeply to inspire a calm mind. ​

Copper Tongue Scraper

For best results, practice tongue scraping first thing in
the morning before you have a sip of water or brush your teeth, before toxins begin to reabsorb into the body.

1. Wash with warm soapy water before use

2. Hold by the lopped handles

3. Place the horseshoe shaped edge at the back of your tongue, lightly scrape towards the tip of the tongue 5-10 times to remove
toxins accumulated overnight.

4. Rinse the tongue scraper with water

5. Follow with brushing your teeth

6. Repeat at the end of day if needed
